Nadia has a unique and diverse career history in various executive roles across multiple industries, including banking, engineering, solar energy, medical, law, and construction. She is remarkably hardworking and genuinely enjoys helping other businesses thrive!
Nadia became the owner and President of a design and construction business at the young age of 26. She sold her company before immigrating from the former Soviet Union to the United States at the age of 32. Now an American Citizen, she brings an exclusive perspective to her clients with a global viewpoint.
Nadia has a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Economics from Tajikistan University. She is also a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Western International University with a degree in Accounting.

As a co-founder of West to East Business Solutions, Andrey has refined his skills in identifying market opportunities, developing entry strategies, and executing business plans that achieve and surpass targets. His background, which combines an in-depth understanding of both local and international markets, positions him as a perceptive and forward-thinking business development strategist.
Andrey is a graduate of Tajik Polytechnic University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Enterprises.
Steve Park
Fractional CFO
Steve has over 35 years of experience in public and private accounting. He started his career in public accounting as an Audit Partner with Ernst & Young. For the past 13 years, he has served in various permanent and interim CFO roles with companies ranging in size from less than $30M to over $750M. He has a broad range of industry experience, including manufacturing, retail, consumer products, and professional services. He also has extensive experience with private equity-owned and publicly traded companies.
Steve's skillset includes monthly closings, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Wanda Witoslawski
Fractional CFO
Wanda has served in financial positions for private and public companies over the past twenty years. Her experience includes Controller and CFO positions in retail, construction, mortgage, assetmanagement, manufacturing, real estate, and transportation industries.
While serving as CFO, her responsibilities extended beyond accounting, budgeting and planning, finance relationships, acquisition analysis, and cash management to overseeing human resources, information technology, legal matters, and risk management.
Her expertise lies in M&A, due diligence, financial models, and forecasting strategies that support strategic decision-making that aligns with company goals, outperforms market benchmarks, and maximizes shareholder returns.
Previous employers include Solar Integrated Roofing Corp., Eide Bailly LLP, United Rail, Inc., Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc., and Shearson Financial Network. Wanda holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Gdansk University, Poland, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Kensington College of Business, London, UK, and a Certificate in Professional Accounting from Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Anna's experience in Human Resources (HR) includes company-wide compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and procedures. She provides our clients with efficient and effective HR services that include, but are not limited to, designing onboarding procedures, personnel supervision, supporting employee development, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, enhancing job satisfaction, hiring, terminating employment, and overseeing overall employee needs.
Anna has worked for such well-known companies as US Bank, Nuvei Technologies, and Desert Financial (formerly Desert Schools Federal Credit Union). She has a broad depth of knowledge, working with small organizations, all the way to large multinational companies.
Anna has attended Arizona State University.
Katerina Myers
Business Development Executive
Katerina Myers is instrumental in crafting and implementing expansive business development strategies to amplify the reach of fractional CFO services. She is responsible for brand positioning efforts, digital marketing initiatives, targeted content strategies, and strengthening client relationships. Katerina's role includes analyzing market trends, supervising marketing campaigns, and working with the executive team to propel business growth and bolster West to East Business Solutions' market presence.
Her experience includes being a small business owner who successfully started, ran, and sold three businesses. She holds a Business Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Northcentral University.
