Nadia Conn


Nadia Conn is the CEO and Founder at West to East Business Solutions. She has over 35 years of executive management and CFO experience, with an incredible gift for financial data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, data presentation, business analysis, and sophisticated financial projects. Nadia has a unique and diverse career history in various executive roles, including VP of Operations and CFO in banking, engineering, and environmental planning. She is remarkably hardworking and genuinely enjoys helping other businesses thrive!
Nadia became the owner and President of a design and construction business at the young age of 26. She sold her company before immigrating from the former Soviet Union to the United States at the age of 32. Now an American Citizen, she brings an exclusive perspective to her clients with a global viewpoint.
Nadia has a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Economics from Tajikistan University. She is also a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Western International University with a degree in Accounting. When not working, she and her husband enjoy cooking and spending time with their family and friends. They have two daughters and three granddaughters.


Andrey Fakeev

Co-Founder/Executive VP

Andrey is a multi-talented business executive and brings a global perspective to the clients of West to East Business Solutions. His areas of expertise are business marketing, communications, and project management, with over 35 years of experience. Additionally, he has exceptional skills in creating regulatory reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Andrey has outstanding skills in building networks of professionals, developing strategic partnerships, and leading projects. His experience is an asset to West to East Business Solutions and all their clients. 
Andrey's professional experience includes being Chief Engineer and Chief Power Engineer at the Subdivision of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation and General Deputy Director at "PromStroyInvest" in Moscow, Russia. He studied electrical engineering and automation of industrial enterprises at the Tajik Polytec Institute.
In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, traveling with his wife, and spending time with family and friends.


Steve Park

Senior Client Account Manager

Steve has over 35 years of public and private accounting experience. He started his career in public accounting and is a former Audit Partner with Ernst & Young. For the past 13 years, he has served in various permanent and interim CFO roles with companies ranging in size from less than $30M to over $750M. He has a broad range of industry experience, including manufacturing, retail, consumer products, and professional services. He also has extensive experience with private equity-owned and publicly traded companies.

Steve's skillset includes monthly closings, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Steve is originally from Rhode Island and has lived in Scottsdale for eight years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. He enjoys golfing, going to the gym, playing tennis, hiking, and snow skiing in his free time.   


Don Young

Controller/Senior Accountant

Don offers many benefits to West to East Business solution clients. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting with expertise in payroll, AP, AR, interpreting contracts, auditing, compliance, and managing an accounting department. He is proficient in Deltek, MS Access, JAMIS, and other proprietary software and accounting systems. His experience in labor accounting and interpreting contracts for proper accounting gives Don a unique perspective to provide insight for a client. Furthermore, his background in auditing, payroll, and managing a 401K program is a benefit to clients. He has tracked productivity targets, aged receivables, milestones, and reserves with an extensive understanding of financial issues.
Don has worked for such prestigious companies as Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Services Corporation, and Environmental Planning Group, as well as sizeable federal government clients, ensuring that contract terms were followed. He has worked with Project Managers and Resource Leads to create cost proposals, develop the scope of work, implement contracts, and coordinate contracting with subcontractors. His experience includes Industrial Funding Fees for the General Services Administration, filing Gross Receipts Tax with a State entity, and filing property taxes for all offices.
Don has an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College. Don enjoys photography, riding his motorcycle, and rock climbing in his free time.


Sheila Rockwell

Senior Accountant

Sheila has over 35 years of experience in accounting, including being a controller, producing financial reports, and managing a finance department. Additionally, she has experience in accounts payable/receivable and has a strong audit background. Her varied experience brings the ability to add value to West to East Business Solutions clients immediately.
Sheila’s expertise includes QuickBooks, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and numerous other software programs. Her experience includes working for small businesses, non-profits, and large multinational companies. Additionally, she has excellent knowledge of working with global organizations, giving her an exclusive perspective to benefit clients.
Sheila has worked for such prestigious companies as Syncrude Canada Ltd., Casa Palmera, and Nurish. Me, LLC. This broad depth of experience with large and small organizations has allowed Sheila to start adding value to our clients immediately. She has strong organizational skills and can multi-task to accomplish a job on schedule.
Sheila attended Athabasca University, Keyano College, and El Camino College with a focus on accounting and business. Sheila serves on the Boards of several non-profits in the USA and Canada. In her spare time, Sheila enjoys swimming, sewing and reading.


Nick Myers

Staff Accountant

Nick has a diverse background in engineering, business, and politics. After a successful 20-year career in software engineering, he branched out into business ownership, including entrepreneurship. Nick’s love for learning new things and being challenged is what drives him to learn new skills and be involved in several things at once. Aside from being a staff accountant on our team and co-owning a family business, Nick currently serves as commissioner at the Arizona Corporation Commission.  
Arizona Corporation Commission acts as a filing cabinet for Arizona businesses (among other things), but mostly it regulates Arizona’s privately owned utilities. Nick’s job includes ensuring that our utilities are not only affordable, but also reliable and financially sound to promote overall health of Arizona economy. As you can imagine, this is no easy task. 
Nick’s experience with bookkeeping comes from learning accounting for his small businesses and his position as a regulator. He is fast and efficient when it comes to data entry, research, and bank reconciliations, making him a perfect fit for our clients’ needs.  
Nick is married to Katerina Myers and together they have three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and working with his hands: welding, car maintenance, demolition work, home projects, and helping family and friends. 


David Camp

Managing Director

David Camp has over 35 years of financial modeling, human resource management, analysis, and investment experience in multiple asset classes including private equity, fixed income, real estate, currencies, and traditional asset classes of equity & fixed income. David brings financial expertise to the process with thorough analysis and superior client service. His experience working with high-net-worth and institutional investors brings an exclusive perspective on management and investing. He also provides expertise in human resources, especially in hiring the right person with the proper aptitude and skills for success.
David has an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, a BA in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, a California Real Estate Broker License, a MiCP® Designation (Master in Commercial Property), and a National Association of Realtors® Green Designee.
His interests include aviation as a private pilot, Baroque music, and international travel.


Anna D'Amico

Human Resources Director

Anna's experience in Human Resources (HR) includes company-wide compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and procedures. She provides our clients with efficient and effective HR services that include but are not limited to designing onboard procedures, personnel supervision, supporting employee development, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, enhancing job satisfaction, hiring, terminating employment and overseeing overall employee needs.

Anna has worked for such well-known companies as US Bank, Nuvei Technologies, and Desert Financial (formally Desert Schools Federal Credit Union). This has given her a broad depth of knowledge of working with small organizations all the way to large multinational companies.

Anna has attended Arizona State University along with Paradise Valley Community College & Scottsdale Community College. She has volunteered for community outreach programs and youth educational development. She speaks both English and Russian. In her spare time, Anna enjoys gardening, cooking, and painting.


Katerina Myers

Marketing Director

Katerina has over 20 years of experience in business development. She has developed several successful businesses and brings her expertise to West to East Business Solutions and its clients. 
Katerina’s skills include networking, marketing, business social media, and lead generation. She has expertise in business analysis, customer service, and logistics management. In addition to being a business professional, Katerina homeschooled her three children (pre-pandemic), successfully preparing them for secondary and post-secondary education.
Katerina has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University, a Post-Baccalaureate in Special Education from Rio Salado, and a Master of Education from Northcentral University.
In addition to spending time with her husband and family, Katerina loves being a part of the community and supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs. Her other hobbies include spending time with her family and pets, reading, listening to music, learning new skills, and painting.


Salma Ortiz

Digital Marketing Assistant

Salma is currently studying Digital Marketing at Arizona State University. Her skills and specialties include branding, web content development and design, social media and market research. Salma loves learning new skills, enjoys a challenge and works really well in a remote team setting. 
Salma speaks English and Spanish. She loves spending time with her family and traveling.
